Refund policy

Refunds

We have a 30-days return/refund window for products. In order to qualify for a refund,  the product must be shipped back.  Please contact customer service to start your return at 1-888-824-4261.

Once the product has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  After inspection, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all our coffees. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we'd be happy to send you an alternative. Once we receive the product back, we will send your replacement of choice as soon as possible.

Gifts
Gift cards cannot be exchanged or returned.


Shipping
As part of the returns process, Tchibo US will provide you with a shipping label to return your product.
