MAKES 5 BISCUITS
1 1/2 CUPS HEART SMART BISQUICK™ MIX
1/2 CUP FAT-FREE (SKIM) MILK
HEAT oven to 425°F. Stir ingredients until soft dough forms.
DROP dough by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
BAKE 10-12 min or until golden brown. 5 biscuits.
High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): No change.

MAKES 14 PANCAKES
YOU WILL NEED:
2 CUPS HEART SMART BISQUICK™ MIX
1 1/4 CUPS FAT-FREE (SKIM) MILK
1 EGG
· STIR ingredients until blended.
· POUR by slightly less than 1/4 cupfuls onto hot greased griddle.
· COOK until edges are dry; about 1 minute 30 seconds. Turn; cook 1 minutes 30 seconds or until golden.
High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): No change.
