This cookies-and-cream treat is over the top! Fudgy Betty Crocker™ Brownies are mixed with chopped Oreo cookies, swirls of sweet cream cheese and frosting, then topped with a frosting drizzle.

    Heat oven to 350°F. Grease bottom of 13x9-inch pan with shortening or cooking spray.

    In small bowl, beat 1/3 cup frosting and the cream cheese with spoon until well blended. Set aside.

    Make brownie batter as directed on box. Stir in 1/2 cup of the crushed cookies. Spread in pan. Spoon frosting mixture by scant tablespoonfuls dollops evenly onto batter, making 3 rows by 3 rows. Cut through mixture with knife for swirled design.

    Bake 23 to 26 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Immediately sprinkle remaining 3/4 cup crushed cookies over top. Using bottom of metal spatula, carefully press cookie pieces into brownies. Cool completely on cooling rack, about 1 hour 30 minutes.

    In small microwavable bowl, microwave 1/4 cup frosting uncovered on High 10 to 15 seconds or until thin enough to drizzle. Using fork, drizzle warmed frosting over top. Refrigerate about 30 minutes or until frosting is set. Store covered at room temperature.

    You can easily crush cookies by placing them in a resealable food-storage plastic bag and pressing with a rolling pin a few times.

    Watch closely when warming frosting in the microwave. It does not need a lot of time before it starts to melt down into a looser texture for drizzling.

    To serve pieces, cut with sharp knife, cleaning knife blade after each cut.
